The columns are Ujima's own maturity ladder from docs/04-NEXT-LEVEL.md — M0 Folder through M4 Served — not an invented "Now / Next / Later." M5 Federated is the one exception: it is not in that document, it is this showcase's own naming for whatever comes after M4, made explicit rather than left implicit. Ujima is at M1 · Tooled today.
How to read this. Items move left to right, and only a version badge is a claim you can install and check today. Anything without one is intent, not a promise — scope changes, and items get parked when something else turns out to matter more. fleet-cutover is a good example of "parked on purpose": it is not forgotten, it is explicitly waiting on Ujima being proven in parallel before the one live consumer (caspera-fleet) moves off collab-v3.
